Working at the NBA for two years, I launched the company's largest website in Asia. I led the product design, while managing content strategy and planning, paid media, SEO/SEM, and web analytics.

About Jr. NBA Asia
Since its launch in 2014, the Jr. NBA Program has reached more than 18 million kids across Asia, teaching the fundamentals of basketball and the program’s core values of Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Positive Attitude, and Respect (S.T.A.R.). The Jr. NBA Asia website provides information on the program, teaching materials for coaches, as well as fun engaging content for youth passionate about basketball.
My impact
I played a key role in overseeing the design and successful launch of the Jr. NBA Asia website. I was also responsible for managing the overall strategy and execution of various marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the site, including paid media, content marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM efforts.
Continuously striving to improve user experience and the quality of content provided, I was able to drive consistent growth in website traffic. As a result, we achieved an impressive average of 60,000 monthly unique users, with an average session duration exceeding 1 minute. We also managed to maintain a bounce rate below 45%, indicating positive engagement from visitors.
A seamless and personalized user experience
The Jr.NBA website was designed to meet the needs of three types of users. When landing on the site, visitors are asked to select one of three personas that best describes them: Players, Parents, or Coaches. From there, they are given access to relevant events and content, curated for them.
